Unifying enterprise data across NetSuite, CRM, ConnectWise, Ivanti, and ADP/Keka into a centralized Microsoft Fabric architecture—enabling real-time governed decision intelligence and compliance readiness.
About the Client
A leading independent equipment leasing and asset management organization serving Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries. Operating in a data-intensive environment spanning finance, operations, compliance, and customer management, the organization required a scalable and secure analytics foundation to support enterprise-wide decision-making.
Business Challenge
The organization's data ecosystem had evolved over time, resulting in disparate systems, legacy reporting tools, and fragmented data sources. Core operational data resided across NetSuite, CRM systems, ConnectWise, Ivanti, ADP/Keka, and other structured and unstructured sources.
Legacy tools such as QlikView provided limited flexibility and lacked modern governance capabilities. Insights were siloed, real-time access was constrained, and compliance readiness required manual oversight.
As reporting demands increased and regulatory scrutiny intensified, the existing infrastructure struggled to deliver consistent, cross-functional visibility, scalable performance, and centralized governance.
The organization needed to transition from fragmented reporting to a unified, governed enterprise data platform capable of supporting both operational intelligence and regulatory compliance at scale.
Quadrant Solution
Quadrant designed and implemented a unified enterprise data platform using Microsoft Fabric as the foundation. Data from NetSuite, CRM, ConnectWise, Ivanti, ADP/Keka, and additional sources was consolidated into a centralized architecture leveraging OneLake.
A structured Medallion architecture (Bronze → Silver → Gold) was implemented to standardize ingestion, transformation, and curation processes. Raw data was ingested into Fabric Lakehouses, transformed for consistency, and optimized within a Fabric Warehouse for analytics.
Governance & Security: Embedded compliance and granular access controls including Row-Level Security (RLS), Identity via Entra, and Purview Cataloging.
Power BI Modernization: Legacy QlikView reports were modernized and migrated to Power BI, supported by governed semantic models to ensure consistency in business definitions across departments.
